The Davey Filterpure® sediment filtration range delivers clean, safe, and great-tasting water for your whole home. The 20″ jumbo housings are ideal for medium to large homes and come complete with pressure relief and spanners for easy installation and maintenance.
Filtration Overview
Coarse Filtration (Step 1)
Removes solids over 20 micron, including grit, dirt, and decaying leaf matter
Protects finer filters by capturing large particles first, extending cartridge life
Enhances UV disinfection by eliminating particles that could block light
Pleated elements are washable for improved performance and cost savings
Fine Filtration (Step 2)
Removes smaller solids and cysts over 1 micron, including Giardia and Cryptosporidium
Continues to filter finer particles to improve water quality
Carbon Filtration
Reduces unwanted tastes and odours such as chlorine and sulphur
Recommended Setup
Use 20 micron and 1 micron filters in series for maximum cartridge life and effective water purification
